In general, Asian clothing sizes are smaller than European sizes. Therefore, if you are used to wearing European sizes, you will probably need a larger size when purchasing Asian clothing.

For example, if you normally wear a size M in Europe, you will likely need a size L in Asia. This is because the Asian population is usually smaller than the European population.

We accept credit cards and online payments through secure services such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

It depends on your location, but on average, shipments take between 5 and 15 business days.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To manage a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@nihonski.es detailing the reason for the return and providing relevant information.
  2. You will receive a response regarding your case after we have assessed your request.
  3. If the return is accepted, please send the product to the following address: Calle Riells de Dalt 3, Bajo 3a l'Escala 17130. Girona, Catalonia, Spain. Also, please provide the shipping tracking number to the email info@nihonski.es.
  4. Once we receive the product and verify that it is in proper condition, we will proceed to issue the corresponding refund or send the product for which you wish to make an exchange.
