Amazing customer support, better than amazon

I recently had bought a brown sweater and it came in the wrong color and the size didnt really fit me so naturally i wrote a bad review and contacted the site.

Not expecting an awnser next day i checked to see if they'd awnsered and they did, i told them what was wrong and they immediatly apolagized and sent me a 100% discount code so i could order another one for free.

They were very nice and understood my situation well and they were very quick to awnser.

Now this is costumer support done right, im really satisfied with the way they treated me.

Im 100% buying from here again.

Weird sizying and color

The color on the sweatshirt straight up looks nothing like the site, the color is completely off, it should be a vibrant brown but it came more greenish brown than anything (CLEARLY THE WRONG COLOR), the sweatshirt looks like it has been left out in the sun for days honestly.

Another thing is that the hoodie tie is way too big and there's no good way to shorten it, which can be kind off annoying.

Not to mention I couldnt really figure out how the sizes work so i ordered the wrong size and ends up being to tight on me, this is not to blame the site directly but maybe if they had universal sizes it'd be easier for costumers to figure things out.

I'm gonna see if i can get a refund and if i can get a size up and preferebly beige since brown clearly isn't brown.

The only thing worth talking good about is that the sweatshirt is very creative in terms of the design, the printing quality on the drawing isnt bad at all and the sweatshirt is very warm and comfortable.

llego súper rápido una semana España ,producto increíble,para el precio. potente lo tengo en la habitación y está súper bien. ahorra también espacio. ya viene pre instalado, solo enciendes colocas datos de cuentas como Netflix y listo lo recomiendo

Envío muy lento, aseguraban el envío en 5 días , tardó 15 , El producto es bueno en relación con el precio, la calidad de imagen está bien, el sonido es un poco débil , pero se oye, y hace un poco de ruido el ventilador , pero no se puede pedir mas , en resumen satisfecho con el producto pero no con el tiempo de envío.
